Grooming Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the total grooming service cost. This policy helps us compensate our groomers for their time and allows us to accommodate other pets in need of grooming. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
